Instructions on how to take and send a screen shot:

- on your keyboard you'll find a key that says PRNTSCRN (or something like that)

- when you have the image on your screen you want to capture, press that PRNTSCRN button

- Click Start>All Programs>Accessories>Paint

- when Paint opens, click Edit>Paste

- when the image is in Paint, click File>Save as

- enter a name for the file and in the Save as File type drop down select JPEG

- save the file to your Desktop and send us that file
