You could not be receiving emails for a number of reasons:
1. You typed in the wrong email address when signing up for our site – Please double check that the email in your profile matches the email at which your wish to receive our correspondence. If not, you can update your email address within your profile at any time.
2. Your spam filter is sending us to your spam or junk mail folder – To prevent this from happening please add us to your email provider’s safe list or “white-list”. This can usually be done by adding the following emails to your contact list:

If our emails keep ending up in your junk mail, please check with your email provider for specifics on how to “white-list” our email. Specifically, we are aware of delivery issues to players using the following email providers:

If you use one of the above email providers, we recommend you contact our support team and request to update your account profile to use an alternative email provider (such as Yahoo, Gmail, or Outlook).
3. You already unsubscribed from our email list – Please submit a support ticket or contact us directly at support@nlop.com if you unsubscribed from our email list, but wish to receive emails from us again.
